Mild surface oxidation may occur over time — this is a normal characteristic of solid gold worn close to the skin.
To refresh its surface:
Use a soft toothbrush with mild soap to gently clean the piece.
Rinse with lukewarm water and dry with a lint-free cloth.
Avoid ultrasonic cleaners. Steam cleaning is suitable for most pieces, excluding heat-sensitive stones.
